This little carry-on definitely deserves 5 stars. It's first foray out of the box was on a 3-week SE Asia trip where I took 13 flights, countless rideshare vehicles, and traversed stairs, curbs, cobblestone streets and everything in between. At the end of the trip, there's just one small dent in the top corner (from overzealous baggage handling at the airport) and the handle catches on occasion. I packed a couple of fragile souvenirs and food items for the ride home, and there wasn't a bit of damage to them. Since that trip a month ago, I've taken 3 more domestic trips with it and it's still rolling smooth as butter, the zippers are fully intact, and it expands and contracts as needed to accommodate my penchant for overpacking. I'm definitely eyeing the larger sizes even though I already have two functioning large suitcases at home...
