This is an oddly named dehumidifier, but it works. It's quiet and pulls moisture out of the air nicely. Comes with an optional drainage tube if you want to be worry free on having to empty it. The capacity of the bin isn't large, so expect to be emptying it often.

I ordered this unit for the basement in our mountain cabin. For a basement, I will admit that the area doesn't feel basement-y at all. However, we started renovating the space a few months ago, and as we've pulled up old flooring and shifted things around, the area is feeling more humid and dank than before. It probably doesn't help that we elected not to re-cover the exposed concrete flooring when we pulled up the icky laminate faux wood board flooring installed by a previous owner.

I love this product so much. Noticed a difference right away inside after running it a couple of hours. Living in a high-humidity climate, it maintains a constant climate indoors and makes the house feel cooler. Extremely easy to use and we use the water on the plants.

My house had so much extra moisture it was becoming a issue with mildew. This dehumidifier sucks so much water in I almost can't believe it. It's pretty big and holds a lot of water and I have to empty it at least twice a day. It has a handle so it's easy to take out and dump. It's vastly improved the smell in my house and I haven't noticed anymore mildew growth in the past month. It’s a beast in use and durability.
