I'm a Dental Tech and have to work in a chair for marathon sessions. I bought this chair for my home office but found it superior to the professional chairs at my lab. It fits me like a glove. I'm 5'7" 185 pounds. The mesh gives a neutral cushion to my backside that is much more comfortable than the memory foam seats I have been sitting in. The lumbar support isn't adjustable but gives a proper amount of support for me.
I have childhood scoliosis with arthritis on top of that in my low back, and I can tell you this chair does give relief to my pain. The reclining feature and head rest with ergonomic back support for pain is what sold me on this chair. It's so comfortable with my foot stool too. Fantastic purchase!
